Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Skyler Imagination games! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of receiving it.

Conditions for Return:

• The game must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• The game must be in its original, unopened packaging. We cannot accept returns for opened games.

How to Return an Item:

1. Contact our customer service team by email at customerservice@skyigames.com or by phone at 540-324-5553 to request a return authorization (RA) number.
2. Carefully repack the game in its original packaging, including all components.
3. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the return package.
4. Ship the game back to us at:

Return Shipping Costs:

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned game and verify it meets the return conditions, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price of the game, within 5 business days.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions:

• We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions, or that appear to be fraudulent.
